One of the strongest paradigm appeared in the 21st century is green approaches not only in the field of chemical industry but also in energy and environmental sectors. In this class, we will discuss on the trends in greener approaches, which are specially related with current industries, emerging industries and challenges in chemical industries. Those discussions will be mainly based on catalysis especially by nano approaches including basic concepts of green chemistry. In addition, basic principles of green chemistry, green engineering and sustainability will also be provided for understanding. Some special issues such as CO2, methane, hydrogen & methanol economy etc. could be discussed.
